Motivation
I’m putting up some of my old photos in order to motivate me lose weight. =P I wanna go back to my normal weight.. Please support me =)
Photos taken from my friendster, which I set up since my years in high school.

This one was taken when I was 16.

I was even younger in this one. I can’t be more than 14. It was taken when I was still in junior high school (secondary, if you may)

This one was taken after my haircut.. I think it was on 2005.. So I was about 17. Or even younger. I can’t remember.

Me and my friend in high school uniform. Cute, right? lol I was about 17, I think.. Coz I remember this was taken during the last year of school.

This was taken in Bali.. I can’t be more than 17. Hehe. I got a bit fatter in my last years of school. You can see I have a tummy here. Nevertheless it’s still thinner than what I am now.. Sigh..

This was taken in the Ngurah Rai Airport in Bali.. The plane was delayed, if I recall correctly.

At graduation day. No I didn’t win anything, in case you’re wondering. Every students had one of those medals. I was a bit fatter, the same as above picture.

Wahhhh syl, you really look so different when you are slimmer! Really.
I used to be very fat too (not that I’m not fat nw).. I used to be 70ish. gosh, I really look soo bulat.. but I managed to slim down when I was 18.
It’s really feel good to be slimmer. You feel healthier and automatis yah pede. hahhaa.. shopping kemana2 juga jdnya lebih enak gitu, ga terasa ada beban gitu. (haha mgkn perasaan aja)..
I would really like to commend on your determination.. haha, you can do it babe! I’m sure you’d really like your new look! JIAYOU!

Good luck!
I managed to weigh down from 77kg (Aug 2007)to 65kg (Mar 2008). Now I weigh consistently around 68kg…
Cara gw, gw gak makan nasi/mie/roti atau sumber karbohidrat lainnya pas makan malem. Toh malem2 gw gak banyak aktivitas lagi selain tidur (plus baca buku/koran, belajar, duduk di depan komputer/tv dll).
Energi ekstra itu gak bakal kepake selain dijadiin lemak. Supaya gak laper, gw ganjel perut gw pake banyaaaak sayur rebus. Daging yang gw makan juga nambah. Tapi berat badan gw tetep turun.

Hey Syliva,
You look so good in your old pictures. I’m glad you have taken the initiative to lose weight. I’ll be more than happy to support you in every way I can. If you need some advice on what kind of a diet to follow, or some words of encouragement whenever you feel like stopping/giving up or even if you need a buddy to go for a run with you, I’ll be here =D
Remember Sylvia, believe only in yourself. It helps a lot. It worked wonders for me and I believe it will do the same for you too.

… I think most important thing is to stay healthy. Eat right and exercise and … perhaps the desirable shape will come in as a bonus.
