It’s been 2 days that I’m being very lazy and relaxed. I kept thinking whether I still have a task pending but hell, I don’t have any! My mailbox is pretty clean right now. No long chain of e-mails regarding project. Oh well, I have a homework, but it’s due on Wednesday anyway, I still have enough time to finish it.
And just to update you guys.. I already visited a dietician and consulted about my weight loss. She already made a personalized meal plan for me (including the meal schedule), and asked me to do more exercise.
As for exercise, I really love what I can find via youtube. Loads of exercise videos.
But right now, my favourite videos are the ones from sparkpeople. Check it out : 10 minute cardio workout. It’s perfect for a beginner like me who later won’t have enough time to do long exercises. They also have 6 minute butt workout that really works. Ouch, my butt.
