Can’t even remember the last time I had a boyfriend. Was it like.. 2 years ago? Haha.. It doesn’t matter.

It’s been a long time since I had a relationship and I gotta say I was kinda traumatized. Yes, I’m still young, but believe me, my previous relationship was a very… Adult one I may say.. And I went through literally everything.. The state when we became really understanding of each other.. The state when we really hated each other and childishly planning revenge to each other.. Ah. The past. So dearest my ex-bf, you know who you are, thank’s though since you made me growing up much more faster than I should be. I dunno whether it’s a good thing or a bad thing. Yah nevertheless, thank’s..

My bf is not the kind of “existing online” type, so I can’t give links to his profile online or his blog where he writes another entry similar like mine. Well, just be sure that he’s a great guy who cares about me. And by “me” I mean a girl who is super spoiled and attention deprived. So if he’s able to surpass that requirement of mine, you can confidently say he’s seriously the one. Hahaha.

This is a proof that projects (proooooooojeccctss) can bring people close together. Haha. Ya, just FYI, he was my groupmate for 3 projects. And this term I had 4 projects. So you can imagine how much time I spent together with him. And the next term we’re bidding for courses and sitting in for projects together yet again.. Hahahaha =D Not because he’s my love interest.. Just because I feel comfortable working with him. (and cuddling with him, of course. Hahahaha)

Well.. check out save buckets. You can check out the mp3 player page.

When you open a product, they will list out the prices available from various stores. So you don’t need to go to different shopping store websites just to know the price. Then if you really want it but don’t want the price to be that expensive, you can tell save buckets what price you want and they will e-mail you when your desired price is available from any store. Pretty neat huh?

And it’s a very community-run website. Found anything wrong? Found cheaper price? Just inform them and it’ll be updated instantly! Nicely done.

The One-Night Holiday

I ran through many obstacles while doing them (and by that I mean shitty groupmates) but nvm. It’s over.

And I really think I deserve looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong break.

Okay, I’m exaggerating.

By the way, yesterday I had a one-night holiday.

So the story was, my friend’s dad came over to Singapore for a while, and for that he booked a hotel room. (It was at Orchard Hotel) Then he had to leave for Paris (Paris!!!!) soooo the room is vacant and my it’s free for my friend to use!

The Yet-to-be Star

Now I just found a place to find all similar artists like him. Great, nice, yet unsigned. Those incredible independent artists. After all, mainstream music is kinda overrated, no?

One of the good bands I found is Smack. Yah well, as you can see in my post about my favourite musics, you can see that I like those electronica songs. And Smack’s songs are really great. Funky sounds with pop beats and nice voice.. Ooh. The perfect combination to be my favourite.

Oh and I found the video of my fave song of theirs : Smacked in the Eye. (It’s actually a commercial with their music as the background)

Peculiarity

Ever since the start of this new academic year, SMU students have been screaming out loud that they don’t have a place to study. Please lah. We have hundreds of Group Study Rooms along with hundreds of Seminar Rooms and Classrooms and we can’t book any??? The best we can do is to book one week ahead.

Some say it’s because of the dragon baby boom… (meaning, there are many 1988-born people, who are dragons in chinese zodiac, in school now)

So they turn into some other places to study or hold a meeting. The most frequently used is maybe the Student Lounge, which is often wrongly dubbed as “IS Lounge” since it’s placed in SIS (School of Information Systems).

Some are stuck in open area with some tables and some chairs… Well practically anywhere that has table/chair.

However, few days ago I found something really peculiar..

I found a group meeting in… A storeroom! The Arts and Cultural Centre’s Storeroom. Like, seriously? Storeroom?

At first I thought it was a meeting regarding the ACC.. TUrned out it was not..

Well I’m not that evil to post the photos.. Even though my friend did get the photos of them.

Maybe next time I shall hold my meeting in a toilet. Maybe a disabled toilet since it has bigger space?

Sigh.

Well.. Instead of attending a PHP meetup thingy.. I’m stuck here in a seminar room in SMU……….doing project. Making the intro of a project while listening to my songs on my iPod..

Ah well.
