What to Do in MRT
We, the people living in Singapore, know that in MRT we don’t only sit or stand motionlessly waiting for the train to arrive at our desired stop. Some people will read, from school textbooks to cheap newspapers. Some other people will, of course, talk to his/her travel companion. Or rather… “Get cozy” with him/her. Some people simply sleep (in many different positions, if I might say). Some people play with PSP or any other portable gaming device.
But this auntie I encountered while I’m riding train to the airport to escort my friend really rocked my perspective.
After passing Expo station (1 station before Changi Airport station), this auntie started to rummage through her bag and in front of my eye, she started to dress up (no, no nudity included. She just put on her jacket) and put on her make up. I suppose she’s the airport’s employee.
Whoa. Turned out MRT’s glass window can be used for something else…
Have you ever encountered a person like this in MRT (or any other public transportation) also? Do share =)

I seen quite few on buses. Also when I going home from SIA Training Center I would see some SIA girls (trainees) undressing (nudity included as they merely wipe their thick makeup with wet tissues and taking off them jackets if they wearing one).
