About Me

Hi, my name is [insert your name here]. I’m from [insert your hometown here]. I am [adjective 1], [adjective 2], and [adjective 3]. For more information, my friends know me best/just look at my testimonials/add me and you will know more!

Social networking is such a boom. These websites give you a space to blurb or boast about yourself. Some of my friends have a “template” for this “About Me” section. Saves the effort, said one of my friend. Hmm. Reasonable. Not in my case though. In every of these websites, I would have different “About Me” blurbs. Let’s check them out…

The Flowers and The Life

I wonder what happened with the flowers that Ernest gave me for my birthday. (picture of my birthday presents here)

Only 3 of them bloomed fully. Even though I treat all of them the same way. I put them in the same water, lavished with the same sunshine, and cooled with the same air conditioner. (haha)

The picture…

zap597.jpg Ugh. So small? WordPress resized my picture?

Well, I’m just wondering.

Maybe it’s true that… Life isn’t fair.

Some people, like the flowers, might have better luck.

For You Camwhores With Webcams

……..like me. =P

Thank’s to labnol for introducing this website. I found it to be a good entertainment in between working on projects. Oops. Now my groupmates know. =P

Well basically cameroid.com will access your web camera and apply effects, online. Don’t need additional software, don’t need to buy the new spanking Mac.. (ooh  I wantttttt =[ )

Just to show you what it can do, here’s a screenshot :

Cool, rite? It’s my favourite pastime now. =P

You can download it to your computer or publish it in an online photo album.

Here are some photos I made.

Because Bigger is Better…

Why go tiny when you can go huge?

Maybe that was the people at HugeURL thinking. Simply saying it’s a service that is totally the opposite of the ubiquitous TinyURL. (Although I prefer Fype for the flexibility and URLTea for the Google Talk Bot).

Not much to say… Go big, kiddos!

And btw, here’s my HugeURL, linking to my glorious blog you are reading right now. (I sound like that SG blog princess. Yuckz.)

So Legal

I remember, a year ago, (the blogpost is, amazingly, in English) I was soooo happy to receive my KTP (ID card). It’s a milestone. It marks a part of my life when I’m already considered as an adult……. According to Indonesian law.

Well, well, what can I say. I moved to Singapore when I was just 17. And according to them…. I’m not an adult yet. Boohoohoo. I can’t even make an “adult” bank account. I’m left with a teenage saving account. Ugh. Thank you, Singapore, for making me feel very very young again.

However, all changed in May 4 2007, when I finally reached the age of 18 (stop yelling at me why I’m so young and I’m already at uni!!), which means I’m legally an adult in Singapore!!

I should buy some alcoholic drinks. =P

Anyway, the story must be told chronologically. But it’s very long and has many pictures, so please
