This day…. In Sylv’s history
Published by Sylvia Giacinta April 16th, 2007 in day by day. 0 CommentsI’m kinda in a mood to tell the story of how I went through my day. I think it’s been so long since the last time I did so.
Keep reading if you want. Leave if you don’t. Sweet and simple.
So… Woke up at 530 AM today coz I wanted to attend the 7 AM mass at the Church of Holy Spirit. Yeah, that early. I was going to have breakfast together with my friends at 9 AM at Bishan, so, yah, there I went. Had Pon Tian mee which is freakin good. Then headed to school, met with friends and…. Went to Volar.
Well initially I went to Volar to cheer my friends who participated in some competitions. But then, well, I’m so weak that my friends succeeded to talk me into….. Riding a banana boat.
In the front seat. And it was my first time.
And did I tell you that I am weak especially with those persuasions?
But all in all, it was damn fun. Not the falling part though. I hate the feeling when you’re thrown to the sea and you’re drowned for several minutes and your brain suddenly alerted dangerous things. Haiz.
And of course not the wet part. I’ve told you I just wanted to cheer my friends, right? So why should I care about wearing light white polo shirt that would be transparent once you’re drenched into water? Why should I care about wearing knee-length jeans that would take a long time to dry? And how could I possibly think that my already-stiff-because-of-a-damn-get-down-and-get-up-game thighs that made my steps really wobbly today would be tortured because of wearing the damn wet jeans?
What? Spare clothes? Haven’t I already told you that I didn’t expect to be doing anything wet? Anything.
Went to eat at Fish n Co. Damn nice. Not feeling alright because even I’ve changed my clothes to my friend’s t-shirt doubled with the Volar singlet, wearing a drenched wet bra in an air-conditioned room is very, very, very ……… (fill in the blank) and of course! Have I told you about my wet jeans?
Btw, my friend is leaving for India today. Let’s wish him good luck.
