Happy Chinese New Year

It’s Chinese New Year. Gong Xi Fa Cai, Wan Shi Ru Yi for you who are celebrating. I’m not really sure what it means, but yeah, that’s what people say to each other on Chinese New Year.

I saw a bunch of people near my home. Not a big surprise, since my home at Waterloo Street is very close to this famous Kwan Im Thong Hood Cho Temple..

Seeing them, doing their things, just made me wanna go home.

And what I’m doing? Stuck in this messy room, blogging through my laptop. Sigh. What chinese new year?

Anyway, I went to the Esplanade to see the fireworks earlier. Pretty. I should have seen it with someone special.. You know.. that kind of “special”. But never mind, my friends who went with me are special too. =)

But I really want to be home. My last time going back was kinda traumatic, but still. I want to go home. Right. This. Second.

LOL. Today the amount of money I collected from those red envelopes strike a record. Believe it or not, it’s the highest amount I’ve received EVER. But that’s not a big deal, though.

So how about u there? Got any angpao? If you didn’t, ahh… poor you (literally) XP No no. Jokingly, I mean.
