Dearest my loyal blog readers, please kindly tell me why on earth did I choose SMU?

Whew. I haven’t blogged for a while. This is because I have fallen deep deep deep and deep into the crazy hole of SMU life.

SMU : Young? Energetic? Fun?

What I see and hear everyday are panda-like eyes and hippo-like yawn, especially on 8.30 class.

Good evening people, back with Sylv at Krayzee News. Today is October 24th and is a big day for our muslim sisters and brothers. Let’s sincerely say tell them Selamat Hari Raya! Today is also surely a holiday for students! But we went to SMU earlier this day and found out students hanging out. Oh what, is this cool school has been a cool meeting spot? Regarding its strategic location, we guessed so! We managed to interview some of them and asked them why did they hang out at school. Check it out…

A : Huh? Hanging out? I forgot the meaning of that already.. Does that mean gathering in Group Study Room and opening those thick books together?
B : Holiday ar? No holiday in SMU what!!
C : Huh? Today is holiday?
D : Oh I’m meeting my friends here, later I will go to the GSR to….. to study lah.
E : Oh sorry, I’m not an SMU student. What is SMU by the way? Oh and by the way, can you tell me the way to Orchard Road?

On a SERIOUS note.

The SERIOUS fact is, yes this is Hari Raya Puasa (which I feel slightly an irrelevant term since they’re not celebrating their puasa - fasting). Yes, it is a holiday today.

And guess what, ladies and gentlemen.

All Group Study Room (GSR) are booked! Oh wait. Not only those. All seminar rooms, classrooms, and networked seminar rooms were also fully booked. But somehow, my friends managed to find a networked seminar room at 15.30 (but my friends ended up playing dota, poke the ogre or something that sounds like that).

Man, that’s just so crazy.

I feel like signing out from this school.

I have been to a busy school like my high school. ANd this is even more. More than you can imagine.

Yes dear, SMU is crazy.
