When something is just so damned
Published by Sylvia Giacinta October 16th, 2006 in day by day, me and SMU. 0 CommentsDamn! I already wrote one full blogpost and it just disappeared! Why are things like this always happening to me?? S**t.
Okay. Whatever.
I already got my assignments’ marks today. Good indeed. Maybe not good enough to get me a full scholarship or whatever, but it can crave a smile on my face.
I got 15out of 20 for my individual project (read : staying in school until 4 AM), 18 out of 20 for my Alice programming project (which can be considered slightly bad since two of my friends got 22 out of 20. duh), and 10 out of 10 for my project planning assignment (simply a wow).
For an international student who spent 16 years or so (I don’t want bother to count. Can count it for me? I started my playgroup at 2 years old and now I’m 17 years old) in such a crappy and messy education system like Indonesia’s, this is indeed a decent achievement.
Therefore I’m so thankful for my big great Papa in heaven.. =)
By the way, I miss my real, or should I say biological, father so much… =(
Oh. Another update. I got A for my calculus midterm. Now that is surely one more good thing. =D
Okay. Enough rejoicing. Back to projects and homeworks.
May I will get good results again.
Update =P
Turned out the post didn’t disappear. I accidentally clicked the button “save” instead of “publish”. =P
