Hai Kenyataan, apa kabar?
Maaf banget ya selama ini aku menghindari kamu. Kamu tahu kan kalo aku suka sama Mimpi. Kamu tahu lah, dari luar dia kelihatan oke banget, pokoknya bakal seru deh kalo sama dia! Aku rasa, kalo dapetin dia, itu bakal jadi pencapaian yang sangat bagus.
Aku terpikat sama janji-janji surga dia, pikiran aku kabur karena bayangan-bayangan tentang hal-hal indah yang dia tawarkan. Aku bener-bener jadi buta dan melupakan kamu.
Padahal kamu selalu ada di sana, menungguku lepas dari Mimpi, dan menuntunku ke masa depan..
Aku sebenarnya sadar, Kenyataan. Tapi maaf, aku terus menghindar. Aku masih berharap pada Mimpi. Konyol sekali ya?
Aku juga takut kalau kamu akan menyakitiku.. Yah begitulah, aku agak-agak trauma.
Tapi sekarang tidak lagi, Kenyataan. Aku sudah siap menerima kamu. Aku juga sudah minta Papi buat memanggil aku kalau kamu datang. Aku minta Papi supaya memperingatkan aku untuk selalu siap-siap kalau-kalau kamu datang.
Papi memang baik sekali terhadapku ya?
Kali ini aku yakin tidak akan salah pilih : menerimamu, Kenyataan..

me choosing laptop

Wow. Remember I reckoned that in my clustrmaps there would be only a dot in Java Island (referring to Jakarta)?
It was just in the previous post.
But take a look now (in “number what?” section). It turns out i was wrong. Hehehe.
I know that the dot in Australia refers to my bro. Hai ko! Hehehe. There’s also a dot in Taiwan (this must be you, Stella). But there’s also a dot in somewhere near India.. Or is it really India? Well, hello there.
Whew. Nice. My blog really captured readers abroad. =) yeah, yeah, even though they’re indonesian living abroad. After all it’s nice to see the dots in my clustrmaps scattered like that rather than a tiny dot in Java Island.

Okay, enough about the clustrmaps. Currently, I’m on the phase of choosing. Choosing what? Choosing laptops.. Hehehe.. I’m really gonna need a laptop, especially to enjoy the not-so-free wi-fi in campus. Well, so many choices. What confused me was whether to get a tablet PC or not. You know, the kind which you can turn the monitor 360 degrees and write on that. Well, you see, I’m the kind of “Reading and Writing” learner, which requires me to read the material, and then write it in order to memorize it more. You know, by making summaries, flowcharts, and things like those.
But come to think of it, I like typing more than writing. And I don’t really need that writing-on-screen feature. Oh come on, I’m so not a designer (which I reckon really needs that feature). I like to type, type, type. (typing this blog..hehehehe)

Furthermore, I think my notes in papers will be more useful. It’d take time to open notes in laptop, I reckon. And it will waste my laptop’s memory..

So after a long time of thinking and consulting Aswin, I chose Toshiba Satellite A100. The only flaw of it is its weight. About 2.7 kilos and maybe more. Actually I don’t really like heavy laptops for it will make carrying it anywhere difficult. (hey,but my friend bought Toshiba Qosmio which weighs 4 kilos!) But the lightest laptop they offer uses joystick for its navigation, not touch pad. (I’m so not liking joystick and not used to it) And also A100 is not expensive. Well, not really expensive compared to the others. It costs $1149. (and u know what? The price of A100 on the website is only $549..Jeeeezzzzhh)
The tablet PC (toshiba) is $1749. The HP’s tablet PC is $1499, but I gotta add $10 to get genuine Microsoft Office.

So here to come, a brand-new laptop to accomodate my hunger of technology!
(ew, it sounds like an advertisement..)
btw, do u believe this, I typed hungriness instead of hunger. Luckily I noticed it and changed it.. If not… Whew.. What a great shame! Sigh.

Enough for today. I gotta sleep early, for I got a graduation rehearsal tomorrow.

Wuiiiihh gilaaaa capekkk…

Hari ini gw beresin semua urusan gw di UPH. Daftar ulang, ukur jas, tes kesehatan.. Harusnya sih semua itu dilakukan di hari-hari berbeda tapi daripada gw bolak-balik, gw sikat aja semuanya dalem 1 hari.

Dari depan ke belakang, balik ke depan lagi, ke rumah sakit, bla bla bla.. Doooohh capek berat dahhh!!

Can’t blog much, lagi dalam proses ganti layout.. Kali ini pake layout bikinan orang yang super keren.. Heheheh.. Simpel aja tapi kereeeenn..

Tauk dah apa aja yang dia lakuin dengan Nokia 6670nya itu. Ditambah berbagai macam application, fontnya diganti2, dll dst dkk deh.

Di umurnya yang baru hampir 13 itu, dirinya udah lihai make berbagai macam file explorer henpon, dari SeleQ, FExplorer, yang paling terakhir kemaren FileMan. (yang terakhir ini dah diunistall karena katanya ga terlalu enak dipake)
Dia juga jago ganti2 font henponnya (gw sendiri ga bisa. Males lagian) walaupun caranya agak2 rumit.
Terus dia juga jago install program dan transfer ke hp laen (salah satunya ya hp saya).

Entah kenapa dia demen banget gituan. Saya pribadi sih ga terlalu suka. What’s the point sih?
Dan karena “hobi”nya ini, hp saya sering jadi korban. ga ngerti juga deh dipake bwt apa ama dia, tapi yang jelas jadi sering dipinjem2 gitu, entahlah untuk apaaa..
Dikit2 “Ce, pinjem hpnya dong!”
Argh. Ngga tau lo gw lagi nunggu sms dari kakak ipar lo?
Eh sapa kakak iparnya? ga ada deng. =P Calon pun tak ada.. =P

Ih orang yang dimaksud ngintip2 post saya. hus hus!

2 ade saya yang laen lagi sibuk belajar bwt ulangan umum. Currently, mereka lagi belajar pelajaran yang paling saya benci seumur idup saya : PPKn.
Ih. Paling males deh belajar PPKn.

News News News….

Usually, in this holiday time, I would spend my time blogging and blogging. Especially in October-November 2005, the Eid-al-Fitr Holiday…

But now, I’m being busy. Yeah, I daresay I’m busy. hehehe.
I’ve been a brand-new moderator of a brand-new forum : Forum Pendidikan Indonesia (we haven’t found any appropriate short names for it)
I moderate almost 8 subforums, yeah what a big number isn’t it?
Anyone concerned about education in Indonesia are welcome to register and discuss together… Actually I want to put the button linking to it here, but I’ve been too lazy to edit my template.. And actually I want to change the layout (again). I have found a cool map that can point out the location of my blog’s visitors to put on this blog. But, later please. I got errands to do.

And I’ve been reluctant to watch DVD’s too. Maybe I’m too tired, for I usually watch 4 DVD’s consecutively (sometimes even 5). Hmm but I’m thinking of watching Ju-On 1,2,3 consecutively now.. What a frightening experience I’d have, don’t you think so?

Apart from my boring daily life (wake up-eat-sleep-and so on), here I want to announce an important thing in my life. (yes, important!)

yeap yeap you guessed it right! It’s my ID card a.k.a KTP! I finally got it in the end of May, even though actually my b’dae was on the beginning of May (May 4th). It took so long because there were several mistakes : they put a wrong address, and they wrote that my religion is Budha (Buddhism).

And here I want to post some pointless things :

It’s a clock! It’s a lamp! It’s a windmill!
It’s a telephone…
Yeah, this is a new telephone put just beside my beloved computer.
Actually putting this some kind of “vintage” telephone is pointless. Because actually the phone beside my computer is only used by me to connect to the internet. I don’t need this ridiculous vintage phone.
This is the old phone :

Er.. It looks like a mouse instead, eh?
And actually in this second floor, my house has got a phone. Here it is :

Er.. It is a facsimile, actually.. But you can use it to make a phone call, so there’s no reason for not calling it a telephone!
And that new phone makes every phone call noisier than before. I usually switched off the ringer at that old phone (the one that looks like a mouse), but this new phone can’t be shut!

It always hurts my ear to hear that “Kriiiiinnnngggg” sound… Ergh.

Ah ciao then, gotta check on that forum again…

Gw ga suka kalah. Sebodo klo kata orang gw itu orangnya mao menang sendiri. Tapi indeed-deed-deed gw ga suka kalah. Sama sekali ga suka.

Mengalah bukan artinya kalah. Itu kata sepupu gw. Tapi kali ini gw bener2 kalah. Gw akhirnya akhirnya akhirnya kalah.

Setelah hampir setaon penuh gw berjuang, akhirnya perjuangan gw harus terhenti di sini. Stuck di Karawaci sono.
Setelah aksi perobekan formulir daftar ulang sama dia, tapi tetep aja gw disuruh daftar lagi.
Dan ternyata ta ta ta ta gw masih ada form..

Kalo diliat di blog lama maupun blog baru ini, bisa diliat jalannya perjuangan gw buat dapetin SMU dan menolak mentah-mentah UPH.
Dari ga ikut liburan di Bandung gara2 belajar SAT…
Belajar SAT mati2an sampe akhirnya cuma dapet 1800..
Berusaha ngelewatin tutorin TOEFL yang super ngga banget..
Berusaha bwt dapetin duit bwt TOEFL..
Nyiapin berkas segala macem,
bayar duit pendaftaran bake bankdraft..
Ngirim berkas,
sampe akhirnya dapet…
Semua gw kerjain sendiri..
Kalo gw liat lagi, rasanya sakit banget….
Jujur aja.
Sakit, gila.. Sakiiiiiiitttt…

Gw udah muak sama semua orang yang bilang “Udahlah, UPH juga bagus kan..” ato “Jalannya Tuhan…”. Ga usah deh ngomong gitu lagi..

Iya, gw tau apa yang lo mau omongin dan gw harus jujur, gw belon bisa nerima kenyataan.

Rite now, gw berusaha ga mikirin ini dulu, toh liburan masih lama. Biar aja gw mikirin yang laen2, seneng2, maen internet terus2an, jalan2, shopping2…
Biarin. Gw tau gw menghindari kenyataan.

Tapi kalo gw masih bisa menghindarinya, sebisa mungkin gw hindarin dulu,

sampe akhirnya kenyataan itu bener2 menjemput gw…

daripada gw nangis terus2an, crying endlessly (apa bedanya??), bengong kayak orang gila dengan tatapan kosong..

Biarlah..

Wallpaper gw masih logo SMU. Profile friendster gw masih mencantumkan SMU sebagai next destination gw. Topik perkenalan gw di forumpendidikan masih tercantum SMU sebagai kampus gw nantinya.

Ntar aja gw gantinya.

anyway, gw jadi berpikir bwt ga pulang waktu “liburan” ke Penang dan S’pore.. Minta study loan aja kali ya ama SMUnya.. Terus ga pulang…

Gw protes ama Tuhan. Jujur aja. Bukan berarti gw kehilangan faith ato jadi atheis, tapi rite now, sama kayak di atas, gw berusaha bwt ga mikirin dulu.
