170606- i started to title my posts like i did in my old blog

Whew. I didn’t manage to post anything yesterday. I’ve been out since morning and came back at dark. Hehehe.
I became a crew for a concert. A choir concert, precisely. My sister is involved in that (well as a singer, of course). Now you know why she’s been singing all the time.
I became the usher. Not that hot singer, but, you know, the person who greets the audiences and escort them to the right seat according to their ticket.
Aaaarrhh why is my father testing that loud hi-fi when I’m listening to Michael Buble’s Home? And why is he playing that Mandarin song which I can’t understand a bit? Oh puh-leezzzzz… Oh and now he’s hitting that hi-fi. Lost your temper, dad? I gotta stop this winamp before I’m going crazy for hearing two songs intertwining. (which is so different. huhuhu)
Anyway, back to da topic.
Yeah, being an usher sounds easy, eh? Come on, how can you call greeting-and-escorting thing as difficult?
But theeeennn.. Greeting and escorting ain’t difficult at all. You know what’s difficult? Simply, the audiences. Yew.
I hate late people. I HATE late people. But you know what, their lateness is somehow tolerable. A bit. At the ticket, it clearly shows that the concert will begin at 7 PM. But what happened? That crazy conductor somehow decided to perform earlier. Duh. It was 6.50 when the MC came out from backstage. And I gotta tell people (lots of, FYI) to hurry to their seats. Argh.
But how can I tolerate the later people? Yew. Actually I want to stick to the rules, which stated that I could only open the door at the break time (after the first session). But then, seeing too many late people out there, the rule was aborted. I (with Cipta, another usher) had to open the door after one performance. Which was tiring. Now I wonder what’s gonna happen tomorrow (at Sunday) when there’s gonna be more people. my friend at the ticketing said that there had been more tickets sold for Sunday’s performance. Yew.
Oh yes, my father has stopped testing that trashy hi-fi.

Now please, back to my mother tongue.
Maklum, baru selesai baca buku Princess Diaries versi Inggris, yang penuh dengan bahasa gaul Amerika itu. hehehehe.
Jadi intinya kawan2, saya capek bener dah kemaren. Padahal dah disebutin baru boleh keluar-masuk pas break ajah, dan di pintu dah gw tulis bahwa pintu hanya boleh dibuka dari dalam. Tapi tetep ajah, dilanggar pulaaaa.. Oooohh tidaaaaakk.. mengapa mengapa..
Yang mo liat foto2 pas konser, silakan liat blog lewi ajah karena dialah sang seksi dokumentasi. hehehehe.
Sedangkan saya si ratu narsis (hehehe), cuma berfoto bersama usher2 lain.. Hehehe.. Inilah…

yeap, the outrageous ushers from the Choral Highlights Concert, Sylvia-Tissa-Cipta. Oh, Tissa is the outside usher, jadi dia yang bertanggung jawab robekin tiket. I’ll get a paper punch tomorrow jadinya tiket bukan cuma dirobek tapi bolong long long… Better that way, I think.. Hehehehe.

Being a crew for a concert is definitely tiring. Running here and there, hopping here and there, dealing with “difficult” people.. But after all, look at the bright side, I’m being paid, and I can see the concert for free! Hehehe. Although, I can’t concentrate fully to the concert, for I must keep an eye on the door. If only I could lock the door…
And after all, yang penting gw ada kerjaan. I mean, it’s more enjoyable than staring at an LCD monitor full-time. And spending money for my internet cost. huhuhuhuhu.
I can’t wait to go to Penang and Singapore! Although, I realize, that it’d be a tiring experience too.. (and this time, if I’m not wrong, I’m not gonna be paid. Sigh)

Now I gotta go, for I have nothing to blog more and I want to flirt somebody!!

Okay, I lied about the second one. But I really wanna flirt!

Okay, no no no. I’m just joking. This time I’m serious. Totally.
Ciao!

oh yeah, if you still wanna see the concert, then come right away to Goethe Haus, Jalan Sam Ratulangi (actually it’s written Jalan GSSY Ratulange on the mark) number 9-15, Jakarta. The concert will start at 7 PM, but make sure you’ll come before 6.30 PM if you want to get the ticket. No, I’m not gonna spread my number as the contact person. hehehe. But just get there right away and I’ll be waiting for you!

Ciao!
