Adware infecting me!!!!

OMG. I scanned my registry and found 49 infected files. Adwares and cookies. Ahhhh shit laaa… I don’t have any anti-spy anymore. I don’t know why, my yahoo toolbar is just disappearing although i have checked it!!! arrrhhh..!! Anyone care to tell me where i can find free anti-spy??
